The management of Vision University, Ikogbo, Ogun State, has announced a shift in the resumption date for all newly admitted students. According to an official statement signed by I.E. Osuagwu, on behalf of the Registrar, the new date for resumption is now Wednesday, November 19, 2025.
In the notice addressed to parents and guardians, the university explained that the adjustment became necessary to finalize ongoing preparations aimed at ensuring a seamless start to the academic year. The management stated that the decision followed careful consideration of key logistical and infrastructural requirements needed to guarantee students’ safety, comfort, and academic success.
“This adjustment became necessary to enable the University complete ongoing arrangements aimed at ensuring that students who will be residing and studying within the University premises are provided with a comfortable, safe, and conducive learning environment,” the statement read.
The university management said the short postponement would enable it to complete accommodation arrangements, campus maintenance, and other essential services to create a welcoming atmosphere for new students.
While expressing regret over any inconvenience caused by the change, the institution appealed to parents and guardians for understanding, assuring them that the decision was made in the best interest of the students and reflects the university’s commitment to quality education and student welfare.
Parents and guardians were also advised to take note of the new date and make necessary adjustments to their travel and settlement plans. The university confirmed that all academic and administrative schedules have been realigned to reflect the revised timeline.
The management also expressed appreciation for the patience and continued support of parents, guardians, and stakeholders, reaffirming its dedication to maintaining transparent communication on all institutional developments.
