Taidob College Names Road After Tinubu’s Special Investigator, Jim Obazee

Taidob College, Abeokuta, Ogun State, has honoured President Bola Tinubu’s Special Investigator, **Jim Osayande Obazee**, by naming a newly constructed **172-metre road** within the institution after ..

The road, now officially called *Jim Osayande Obazee Road*, was commissioned by the Vice-Chancellor of Bowen University, Iwo, Prof. Jonathan Babalola, during the school’s graduation and prize-giving ceremony.

In his remarks, Prof. Babalola commended Obazee for his unwavering support for education, describing him as a model of integrity and a believer in the transformative power of learning.

> “Your steadfast support, genuine commitment, and belief in shaping young minds for a brighter future stand as an inspiration,” he said.

In a formal letter announcing the honour, the Director of Taidob College, **Obawumi Jiboku**, said the decision reflected the board’s deep appreciation for Obazee’s role as a parent, supporter, and advocate of quality education.

> “This is more than a name on a signpost; it is a lasting symbol of gratitude and a testament to the critical role you have played in our story. The road will serve as a daily reminder of the value of service, integrity, and dedication to the common good,” Jiboku stated.

The gesture, according to the college, immortalises Obazee’s place in its history while reinforcing the values of excellence and commitment that the institution upholds.
