Yaba, Lagos — The Nigerian Army College of Nursing (NACON), affiliated with the University of Lagos (UNILAG), has commenced admissions into its Bachelor of Nursing Science programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.
According to a statement released on Saturday, July 5, by the Acting Registrar, Lt. Col. A. Popoola, via the Army’s official X handle (@HQNigerianArmy), the programme is open to military, paramilitary, and civilian applicants. The course duration is five years.
Application forms will be available on the college website www.nacon.edu.ng from July 7 to August 30, 2025. Applicants must upload relevant credentials including O-Level results, UTME scores (minimum 200), and other documents. Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age by October 2025.
The screening exam is scheduled for September 2–3, 2025, at the NACON Complex in Yaba.
This move follows the Army’s earlier announcement of admissions into Command Secondary Schools nationwide, alongside LASU’s ongoing 2025/26 screening exercise.
