The Federal University Lokoja (FUL) has officially commenced the sale of application forms for its Special Undergraduate Degree Programme (SUDP) for the 2025/2026 academic session. The programme, coordinated by the University’s Directorate of Consultancy Services and Ventures, is designed for candidates seeking to upgrade their academic qualifications through an accelerated learning path.
The SUDP spans a diverse array of disciplines, including Accounting, Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, English & Literary Studies, Finance, Geography, Geology, History & International Studies, Library & Information Science (BLIS), Mass Communication, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, Political Science, Procurement, Public Administration, Statistics, and Sociology.
According to the admission guidelines, eligible applicants must hold either a Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field, a Third Class Bachelor’s degree in a cognate discipline, or equivalent HND/B.Sc. qualifications. Candidates must also possess at least five O’level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings, and present a valid NYSC discharge, exemption, or exclusion certificate.
Interested candidates can apply through the University’s consultancy portal at https://portal.fulconsult.com. Applicants are required to create an account, provide valid personal information, generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), make payment online or at a bank, and return to the portal to complete, save, and print the application form.
The programme runs for 24 calendar months, with an application fee of ₦15,000. Prospective candidates seeking additional information may contact Dr. Mathew E.
