Enugu, Nigeria — Nze Ventures Home Ltd., a leading real estate firm, has donated ₦2 million to promote entrepreneurship development among students in Enugu State.

Speaking at the presentation, the company’s Operations Manager, Comrade Arinze Osmund Ngwu, who represented the Managing Director, said the initiative is part of Nze Ventures’ corporate social responsibility (CSR). He explained that the support is designed to encourage students to embrace entrepreneurship, develop practical skills, and create jobs rather than depending solely on paid employment.

According to Ngwu, the ₦2 million fund will support the ongoing entrepreneurship summit, which serves as an incubation platform for students drawn from tertiary institutions across the state. He also commended Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for creating an enabling environment that fosters innovation and youth empowerment, stressing that public-private collaboration is key to sustainable development.

Highlighting opportunities within the real estate sector, Ngwu urged students to explore investments through the company’s properties in Ogbeke and Amokpo Nike. He further noted that the firm rewards referrers with a 10% commission on property purchases, underscoring its commitment to expanding wealth creation channels.

> “We want young people to understand that opportunities are everywhere. What matters is how you position yourself to take advantage of them. This programme is one of those platforms where ideas can grow into reality,” Ngwu said.

He added that empowering students with the right skills and mentorship would not only transform their lives but also contribute to building stronger, more prosperous communities.

In his remarks, the Chairman of the Local Organizing Committee, Comrade Onyemaechi Onah, lauded Nze Ventures for the donation, describing it as a significant boost to the summit’s vision. He expressed optimism that the support would inspire other corporate organizations to invest in youth and entrepreneurship development.

Onah assured that the funds would be judiciously utilized to achieve the programme’s objectives while pledging sustained collaboration with institutions committed to student growth and innovation.
