CAILS Leaders Honoured at 2025 IPMLD Fellowship Induction Ceremony

The 2025 Fellowship Induction Ceremony of the Institute of Policy Management and Leadership Development (IPMLD) became a moment of prestige for the Kwara State College of Arabic and Islamic Legal Studies (CAILS) on Saturday, as two of its top officials were honoured for distinguished leadership and service.

Acting Provost Dr. Sa’ad Hadi, represented at the event by the College Public Relations Officer Kadir Rasheed Arisekola, and Registrar Mallam Afolabi Sulaiman were inducted as fellows of the institute—an honour widely celebrated within the CAILS community. For staff and students, the recognition symbolised the college’s steady progress in educational reforms, governance, and institutional transformation.

The ceremony drew academics, policymakers, and leadership development experts from across the country, all of whom applauded the inductees for their contributions to strengthening administrative systems and enhancing learning experiences at CAILS. The fellowship, one of IPMLD’s highest distinctions, acknowledged years of dedication to policy-driven development and capacity building.

Delivering Dr. Hadi’s message of appreciation, Arisekola described the award as a shared achievement for the entire college.

For Registrar Sulaiman, the recognition represented a major milestone. Reflecting on the values required for effective leadership, he emphasised consistency, discipline, and integrity.
“This honour motivates us to keep improving our service to the college and the state,” he noted.
