Nureni Adeniran, the Chairman of the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), announced that the 5,600 newly recruited teachers and 80 caregivers will undergo a verification exercise at the board’s headquarters. He assured that the dates for the verification and other relevant details will be communicated to the successful candidates in due course.
Adeniran emphasized that the recruitment process was conducted without any political, religious, ethnic, or gender bias, and that selections were made purely based on merit.
He urged the new teachers to view their appointment as a call to duty, encouraging them to embrace their responsibilities with diligence and dedication.
Additionally, Adeniran confirmed that the recruitment exercise will continue, with more successful candidates set to be employed in the near future.
