The assurance was given by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Babatola Ayodele, while addressing matriculating students at the university’s Ifaki-Ekiti campus. He noted that the matriculation ceremony formally ushers students into full membership of the university community and symbolizes their commitment to discipline, scholarship, and service.

Professor Ayodele recalled that the institution has remained faithful to the vision of its founding fathers by consistently producing quality graduates to meet the human resource needs of Ekiti State and Nigeria at large. He urged the new students to maximise the opportunities available to them and remain focused throughout their academic journey.
